The Capital Free Press has compiled a list of the top ranked “libertarian websites based on the number of unique visitors in the most recent month according to the data compiled by Compete.” The post is pasted below. Not surprisingly, LewRockwell.com is the most visited libertarian site. Four of my own sites made the list: StephanKinsella.com (#84), Libertarian Papers (#100), The Libertarian Standard (#75), and Center for the Study of Innovative Freedom (C4SIF, #78).
The Most Visited Libertarian Websites
Automating everything means that adding a new website is as simple as plugging a new url into my list, so you have any suggestions for a website to add, please email me at patrick@capitalfreepress.com.
Due to the restrictions on the free use of the Compete API, there is a chance that I could run out of API calls in a 24 hour period (resets at midnight EST). The way that I compile this list and the terms and conditions on the use of their API prevent me from displaying the number of unique visitors for each website in the chart, though that information and more can be accessed via the link I have provided.

I’m always shocked to see Lew getting so much traffic in these studies. Just goes to show that being the source of poorly sourced nutjob chain emails can make you popular.
Troll alert!
You stupid asses are responsible for Obama’s 2012 win. You bunch of paranoid freaks knew this would happen, now pat yourselves on the backs. You will never live this down. American Traitors…that’s what you are.
I think Obamas win would probably be due to vote fraud… but don’t quote me on that. Romney was most likely the worst candidate they could have chosen, wooden, unispiring etc.
Also could be that
So what you mean to say is that “we” beat “you”? If “you” can’t beat “us” why don’t “you” join “us”? In fact, why doesn’t everyone join “us” if “we” are as powerful as you say (powerful enough to decide an election)? If enough of “you” join “us”, “we” would have the clout necessary to slough off our tyrants without the need of an election, which is an arbitrary means to a certain and ugly end. But not enough of “you” think this way, so it is really “you” who are to blame for Obama remaining in power. Congratulations!
Susan, it was not the libertarian websites that caused Obama’s win; it was the obstinate refusal of Republican hierarchy (from Manhattan penthouses) that prevented the expression of grass-roots Americans.
“Those who make evolution impossible, make revolution inevitable.”
My concern is most of these sites distance themselves from libertarianism like ARI, are limited government or extreme conservative, like yours modify their libertarianism, or are run in one case by GOP religious fanatics with ties to Stormfront.
I GOOGLE libertarian and see sites like the http://www.lp.org and state parties, Libertarian International Organization, IHS, the Advocates, and other legitimate groups–along with an array of sites attacking libertarianism!
This piece of writing is actually a fastidious one it helps new net visitors, who are wishing in favor of blogging.|
